Terms of service
Effective date: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Varelon Air website, your submission of charter enquiries, and your interaction with the charter brokerage services provided under the Varelon Air brand.
Varelon Air is operated by JETCOSHOP LLC, a company based in the United States ("Varelon Air", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing this website, submitting a charter request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. AIR CHARTER BROKER STATUS
Varelon Air acts as an air charter broker.
Varelon Air is not a direct air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft, and does not exercise operational control over charter flights.
Air transportation arranged through Varelon Air is performed by appropriately licensed and authorized third-party direct air carriers that maintain operational control of the aircraft and flight.
The identity of the operating carrier and other information applicable to your charter will be provided as required in connection with your quotation, confirmation or charter agreement.
2. OUR SERVICES
Varelon Air helps you identify, evaluate and arrange private, corporate, group and other charter air transportation solutions.
Our services may include:
- reviewing your travel requirements;
- identifying suitable aircraft and operators;
- requesting and presenting charter quotations;
- assisting with aircraft and airport selection;
- coordinating communications with the selected operator;
- supporting charter documentation and payment arrangements; and
- assisting with trip coordination before departure.
Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation for you to book a flight or for Varelon Air to provide or arrange a charter.
3. CHARTER REQUESTS
When requesting a charter, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.
This may include:
- your departure point and destination;
- preferred dates and times;
- number of passengers;
- baggage requirements;
- aircraft preferences;
- passenger information;
- special requests; and
- other information relevant to the proposed mission.
Aircraft availability, airport suitability, routing and pricing can change and cannot be guaranteed until the charter has been formally confirmed.
4. CHARTER OPTIONS AND QUOTATIONS
Any aircraft, itinerary, price, schedule or other information presented before confirmation is subject to availability and may change.
A quotation may include the charter price together with applicable taxes, fees and other costs known at the time it is issued.
Additional charges may arise where circumstances change, including itinerary amendments, additional flight time, waiting time, de-icing, airport charges, handling, parking, catering, ground services or other services requested by you.
Any applicable additional charges will be handled according to the quotation, charter agreement or operator terms relevant to your trip.
5. SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION
A charter is not considered confirmed merely because you request or select an option.
Confirmation may require:
- written acceptance;
- execution of applicable charter documentation;
- provision of passenger information;
- receipt of required payment; and
- final confirmation from the operating carrier.
The specific terms applicable to an individual charter will be contained in the relevant quotation, confirmation, charter agreement and/or operator terms.
If those specific terms conflict with these general website Terms in relation to a particular charter, the specific charter terms will govern that charter.
6. OPERATING AIR CARRIER
The direct air carrier identified for your flight is responsible for operational control of the aircraft.
Operational decisions relating to safety, aircraft operation, crew, weather, routing, flight planning and regulatory compliance remain with the operating carrier and, where applicable, the relevant aviation authorities.
Varelon Air does not direct or control the operation of the aircraft.
7. AIRCRAFT SUBSTITUTION
Aircraft shown on this website or included in initial proposals are illustrative of aircraft categories and capabilities.
Where operational circumstances require it, the operating carrier may substitute an aircraft, subject to applicable contractual and regulatory requirements.
Where Varelon Air becomes aware of a material change affecting your charter, we will communicate the information available to us as reasonably practicable.
8. PAYMENT
Payment requirements, payment deadlines, currencies, deposits and accepted payment methods will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice or charter agreement.
You are responsible for making payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
A charter may remain unconfirmed until required funds have been received and all applicable confirmation requirements have been satisfied.
Payment card and other electronic payment transactions may be processed by independent payment service providers. Varelon Air may not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
9. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, amendment and refund terms vary according to the selected charter, operating carrier, itinerary and timing.
The cancellation terms applicable to your trip will be provided in the relevant quotation, charter agreement or operator terms.
You should review those terms carefully before confirming a charter.
Changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges and remain subject to aircraft, crew, airport and operator availability.
10. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for ensuring that you and the passengers travelling under your booking:
- provide accurate passenger information;
- hold valid passports, visas and other required travel documents;
- comply with immigration, customs, health and security requirements;
- arrive at the agreed departure location at the required time;
- comply with applicable baggage limitations;
- disclose relevant special assistance requirements in advance; and
- comply with reasonable instructions from the operating carrier and crew.
Failure to satisfy applicable travel requirements may result in denied boarding, delay, cancellation or additional charges.
11. BAGGAGE AND SPECIAL ITEMS
Baggage capacity varies significantly between aircraft.
Any baggage figures displayed on the website are general guidance only.
You should tell us before confirmation about unusually large baggage, sporting equipment, mobility equipment, pets, dangerous goods or other special items.
Final acceptance remains subject to the operating carrier, aircraft limitations and applicable regulations.
12. SCHEDULES, DELAYS AND DISRUPTIONS
Private charter schedules may be affected by factors outside Varelon Air's control, including:
- weather;
- air traffic restrictions;
- airport closures;
- technical or operational issues;
- crew limitations;
- regulatory restrictions;
- security events; and
- force majeure circumstances.
We will use reasonable efforts to assist with communication and alternative charter options where appropriate, but we do not guarantee that a flight will depart or arrive at a specific time.
13. WEBSITE AIRCRAFT AND RANGE INFORMATION
Aircraft specifications, passenger capacity, range, cruise speed, baggage capacity and other performance information displayed on this website are provided for general informational purposes only.
Actual capability depends on factors including aircraft configuration, payload, weather, runway conditions, routing, fuel requirements and operator procedures.
The operating carrier determines whether a specific aircraft can safely and legally perform a particular mission.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Your charter may involve services provided by independent third parties, including:
- aircraft operators;
- FBOs and handling agents;
- caterers;
- ground transportation providers;
- airports;
- payment providers; and
- other aviation service providers.
Those services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Varelon Air will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar losses arising solely from your use of this website.
Liability relating to a specific charter will be governed by applicable law and the relevant charter agreement, operator terms and other contractual arrangements applicable to that charter.
