GLOBAL COURIER NETWORK

BE PART OF THE VARELON AIR COURIER NETWORK

Time-critical logistics depends on having the right person in the right place when a mission begins.

Varelon Air is developing an international network of potential On Board Couriers positioned around major airports worldwide.

If you are flexible, responsible, comfortable with international travel and able to respond at short notice, you can register your interest in supporting future OBC missions.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance, assignments, income or employment. Individual missions are subject to operational requirements, location, documentation and availability.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD ON BOARD COURIER?

01 — GLOBAL MOBILITY

A valid passport, appropriate travel permissions and the ability to travel internationally are fundamental.

02 — SHORT-NOTICE AVAILABILITY

Some assignments develop within hours, making flexibility and proximity to a major airport particularly valuable.

03 — RESPONSIBILITY & COMPOSURE

Critical shipments require careful handling, attention to instructions and the ability to remain calm when plans change.

04 — CLEAR COMMUNICATION

Couriers must communicate reliably throughout collection, travel, connection and final handover milestones.

Frequently asked questions

DO I NEED PREVIOUS OBC EXPERIENCE TO REGISTER AS A COURIER?

Not necessarily. Relevant international travel, aviation or logistics experience may be useful, but reliability, flexibility, travel readiness and communication are particularly important.

DOES REGISTERING GUARANTEE OBC WORK?

No. Registration does not guarantee acceptance, employment, assignments or any minimum level of activity.

WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE MY PASSPORT?

Applicants may need to provide identity and travel documentation if selected for verification. Sensitive documents should not be submitted through the initial public registration form.

CAN I DECLINE AN ASSIGNMENT?

Mission acceptance is subject to the specific assignment terms presented to the courier. Registration itself creates no obligation to accept future missions.

HOW MUCH NOTICE WILL I RECEIVE BEFORE A MISSION?

OBC missions can arise at very short notice. Availability requirements vary by assignment, and you will always decide whether you are able to accept the proposed mission.

WHO PAYS FOR FLIGHTS, HOTELS AND MISSION EXPENSES?

Applicable travel arrangements, mission expenses and reimbursement terms will be explained before an assignment is accepted. Couriers should not incur mission-related costs without prior authorization.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL OBC MISSION LAST?

Mission duration depends on the route, connections and final handover location. Some assignments may be completed within a day, while international missions can require several days.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR A MISSION?

Couriers are selected according to location, availability, travel documents and mission requirements. If your profile matches an assignment, Varelon Air may contact you with the relevant details.
