REQUEST A LIVE CHARTER QUOTE

Requesting a charter quotation is always free and separate from MVEC. Copy the mission summary to paste into the request form; it is not automatically submitted.

Methodology & important limitations

Commercial total = travelers × (airfare + commercial ground per person). Charter total = whole-journey charter estimate + travelers × charter ground per person. Recovered passenger-hours = travelers × (commercial door-to-door hours − charter door-to-door hours).

  • Estimated productivity value = recovered passenger-hours × recoverable share × assumed value per hour. It is a decision assumption, not a realized financial saving.
  • Net modeled value = productivity value − (charter total − commercial total). A negative result can favor commercial aviation.
  • Schedule priority, connections and discretion are qualitative inputs; MVEC does not assign unsupported probability or safety scores.

Break-even is indicative only: it does not confirm aircraft capacity, operating feasibility, fuel, positioning or final charter pricing. Numbers apply to the full selected journey.
